The cephalosquad splits into two groups – the littles and the bigs – The littles go off to setup their friends from the windward citadel in a teashop that is a front for a revolution. Unfortunately, the rule of the island gets in the way, and the meeting turns into a rom-com wherein Pepper is talking up Lucien to Galthus, while Galthus is attempting to flirt with Pepper, and neither realizes the other’s intentions. The bigs hop into a fiendish carriage to discuss their plan for communicating with Manta-Ray, which turns into a moving production of Hamilton without any singing, only taking a hard right turn at the end of the carriage ride when Lucien discovers that his plan to setup Glathus and Pepper is “working” as they arrive at the sealed gates to the pirate citadel.
